Happy New Year 2018

Happy New Year Friends!! 

New Year always comes with New Resolutions. A new year's resolution is a noteworthy concept.. start off the year with a change for the better. Many resolutions are around healthy eating, losing weight and exercise. I’ll admit I fall into that category as well. 

But this year, I want to give New Year's resolutions a yogic twist with setting an intention and with infusing the new year with positive attitude. Having a positive attitude can change our perspective. When we say, 'Lose some pounds', we message ourselves/our sub consciousness: ‘You are Fat’! ... when we say, 'Stop eating junk food', the message is ‘You are Unhealthy’! ... when we say, 'Call Friends and Family once a week', the message is ‘You are Ungrateful’!  To get rid off this negativity and to open my heart for new possibilities, I am going to accept myself as it is. 

Just want to create best version of myself which feels comfortable under my own skin with Positive Attitude!

In short, my resolution is Positive Attitude!!
